Hello! My name is Sophia, and I am a beautiful, petite basset. I’m about 4 years old and I am getting along great in my foster home. My foster dad says I’m so happy, I wag with my whole body!
I get along well with adults and am good with the kiddos, too, although sometimes I am a little hesitant when first meeting someone new. Once I get familiar with them, though, I am wonderful. I am usually very calm in the house.
One thing I don’t like very much is being left alone. I whine and cry when left alone, but I am not destructive. I am content entertaining myself, but I also really love to be around the people. I love to sit in laps!
My fosters took me with them to a friend’s house, and I met some cats! I didn’t bother them.I am housetrained, love to walk on a leash and I’m a great car passenger. If you are looking for a sweet, smaller lady, contact CBHR and let them know you would like to meet Sophia!
