About Me
My name is Murray, and I have a special pupdate for you! After a tentative start, I have settled in nicely with my foster family. They say I’ve become one chill dude. I’m looking for a special home with a family that will let me take the time I need to become familiar with a new environment.
So far, I haven’t had much luck finding the right home, but I sure am hoping that someone very special reaches out to me. But first, I need to go back on hold for some additional training.
I can’t tell you much about my story before I came to CBHR. When I arrived at my foster home from the shelter that picked me up, I was scared and nippy when awakened unexpectedly. I have come out of my shell and am getting acquainted with being part of a family. It took me some time to adjust, but I’m doing great.
I was in a lot of pain because of a bad ear infection and some other medical issues. My infection has cleared, but will I need to have my ears cleaned every two weeks, at least for the foreseeable future. At first, the vet had to muzzle me because I didn’t like anyone messing with my ears (they hurt!), but I have settled down a little bit.
I probably would do best in a home with adults and possibly mature older children who understand my sensitive ears. I get along well with the other dogs and cat. I let the people know when I need to go outside to potty, and I also do great in my crate.
Once I’m cleared, I sure would welcome a home where I can feel secure and loved. CBHR can give you all the information you need to see if we are a good match – just ask all about Murray!
