Hello! My name is Mia and my superpower is being able to put my whole body into a wiggle when I’m excited. I’m a 5-year-old girl described by my foster mom as “super sweet.” I’m a petite lady who comes when I am called and am generally a very polite houseguest.
I get really excited when I see someone pick up my leash or putting on shoes, because I love to go for walks! My foster mom rations my water to about 1 cup at a time to prevent me from slurping up too much and once – a risk for bloat.
Overall, you couldn’t ask for a better companion. I’m also a good watchdog – I keep an eye out to make sure everything is as it should be.
I’m marked adoption pending, but keep checking back with CBHR, because there are a lot of great bassets here, and no doubt a few more coming in. My senior basset friends would particularly like it if you’d consider them because they have so much love to give. Just contact CBHR and tell them Mia told you about some great bassets!
