About Me
Hello, everybody! I’m Margaret, and I am tightly bonded with my pal Marshall. We are about 6 years old. We love to play together and walk around the back yard side by side. I’m the more playful and dominant of the pair, but I’m also a sweetheart and pretty well-mannered. I’m told I’m a bit of a diva, but since when is that a bad thing?
I really love my squeaky toys, and Marshall and I like to play tug of war with stuffed animals. I’m settling into my new foster home after we were returned to CBHR by a previous adopter. We’ve taken over the couch and we like to nuzzle together – we are so adorable when we do that.
We’re not crazy about people leaving the house – we whine and cry when someone leaves, but we are working on it. We probably would do best in a home where the people can be around a lot and give us oodles of love!
Both of us are housetrained and get along well with adults. We don’t have a lot of experience with children and teens. We like other dogs, and we get along well with one of the four cats – we do tend to chase the kitties, but we don’t try to hurt them.
All in all, we are a happy and lovable pair. Marshall likes to counter surf (hey, our keen hound noses are good for more than just smelling the roses!), so it’s probably a good idea to watch me around food also.
