About Me
Yo, it’s me, Goose! Why “Goose?” I’m not sure, but I like to think I’m named after Maverick’s sidekick in “Top Gun.” I’m a 5-year-old guy, and I’ve had some medical issues to deal with lately, but I’m on track. I will need to take meds to prevent seizures, but the vet says I’m good to go.
And guess what? CBHR just cleared me for adoption! I can’t wait to meet my forever family! Could it be you?
Now, I still have some things to work out, and I will need a patient and loving family to help me. CBHR is letting me work with a trainer to help prevent indoor accidents and to teach me polite behavior around people.
My foster is encouraging me as I continue my journey toward being the best basset I can be. She’s also still learning my traits and personality, so keep checking back to see how I am progressing.
