Hello, everyone! My name’s Friendly, and that tells you everything you need to know about my personality! I am a young guy, maybe 2 or 3 years old.
I came to CBHR as a stray. Thank goodness someone rescued me and knew to contact this wonderful organization. My first foster people decided to name me Friendly because, well, I am.
My foster mom says I’m super sweet and I love everyone I meet. I am learning how to play with toys, and I’ve taught myself to toss my ball and retrieve it. What fun! I love to play with the other dog in the house, but I don’t have any documented experience around cats. I am good with adults and children, but my foster mom hasn’t observed around the tiniest kiddos.
I’m a pretty good boy walking on the leash, and I am trying to get use to the idea of being crated at night or when the people aren’t around.
I am pretty good at riding in the car once I get in, but I tend to be afraid of them when they drive by me while I am out for walkies. So, you see, I am also a smart boy.
I may have an adopter waiting for me, but keep checking back on my progress since I am still on hold while I get my veterinary needs met. And be sure to check out the other fine bassets on this site. We all just want to have people we can call our own.
