Hey, all! My name’s Frank, and I am one lucky guy. I came to CBHR as part of a pack of 12 outdoor bassets, and I was one scared boy. I was afraid of everyone and everything – I was in an unfamiliar setting and not used to being around people all the time.
But my foster family took me under their wing, and they decided I am worth the time and patience it will take to bring out my happiest, most confident basset self. They loved me so much that they decided to adopt me, and now I have a forever home!

Some are still on hold because they are new, are getting some medical issues like spaying and neutering taken care of, or are working with their foster family to become ready for prime time. Others are available but are senior dogs who often get overlooked even though they have so much love left to give, and some have some needs or medical issues that require a very special forever family.
