Hello, World! They call me Fancy, and it’s not just a name, it’s me all over. Don’t you just love my beautiful markings? I think I look stunning!
I’m about 2 years old. I spent most of my life outdoors in a pen with some hunting dogs, and I wasn’t used to such attention and affection that I get now that I’m an indoor CBHR foster hound. My fosters have showered me with love and positive reinforcement, and I am thriving!
I love the other dogs in the house, and I really like to play with my toys – I never knew doggies could have toys! Good news – I am reliably housetrained.
One of my favorite activities is riding around in the golf cart with my fosters. Chasing squirrels is also a pastime. I’m getting a lot of exercise and am acting like a puppy again. I am good with people of all ages, but I haven’t met a cat yet, so I’m not sure about those.
I am good on my leash, love crowds and generally get along well with everyone I meet. Who knew life could be this great? I sure would like to find my forever home and share all my love with a family who can love me right back.
