*Cletus and Daisy Mae have been adopted!*
Hello. I’m Daisy Mae, and I’m a 9-year-old girl bonded with my brother Cletus. We were in a loving home for a long time, but our owner’s mother has an aggressive form of Alzheimer’s and needs constant care. Our thoughtful human mom knew she couldn’t devote enough time to care for us, so she made the tough choice to ask CBHR to find us a new forever family.
As a senior girl, I have some arthritis, but I do love snuggling with the people.
In fact, I get along with just about everyone, and I really bonded with one of the children who has special needs. (We dogs can sometimes sense the person who needs us the most.)
I adore being petted, and I get annoyed if you stop before I’ve had enough love. I came to CBHR housetrained, but I have had a few accidents since I’ve come to my foster home. I’m making great progress, though!
