Pleased to meet you, basset fans! My name is Cassie, and my foster dad says I am the sweetest, most loving, darling little lady!
I am 3 years old and will make a wonderful pet for any family once I’ve had time to figure out this housetraining thing. My foster is working with me, and I will pick it up soon, I’m sure. But other than that, you couldn’t ask for a better companion.
I’m great with other dogs, and I am great in crowds. I just love people – all people! I also love to ride in the car. I’m also good on a leash, but as a typical basset, I am led by my nose. I just adore being able to walk outside and smell all the smells!
Unfortunately, I am not quite ready to meet my forever family – I’m on hold till I can get rid of these nasty heartworms and then get spayed. But if you are looking for a nearly perfect houndie, I’m your gal. Contact CBHR and tell them you’d like to learn more about Cassie! I’m worth the wait!
