About Me
They call me Tank, but don’t let my name fool you. I am one sweet Southern belle, even if I’m ough around the edges. I’m one of the bassador pups who arrived on CBHR’s doorstep, and I am having the best time settling in.
I’m still working on housetraining and general house manners, and I have a lot of puppy traits I still need to outgrow. I love to chew on anything I can get my choppers on, but my foster loves me anyway.
I adore people, especially when they give me lots of rubs and loves. Snuggling is also fun. I love playtime, but when it’s time to rest I can be as chill as they come. Riding in the car is amusing to me, and I want to explore every inch. I can be a bit of a handful while riding, but I am sure I’ll outgrow it.
The feel of sunshine on my back makes me so happy, and I love that I have a backyard I can run and play in with the other dog in the house. We eat separately so we don’t try to snarfeach other’s food. I haven’t been tested around cats, but I sniffed the guinea pig and immediately lost interest. It can’t run and play with me.
Now guess what? I’m adoption pending, and I’m so excited about having a forever home. Many other CBHR bassets and basset mixes are still waiting for theirs. If you see a hound, especially our adult dogs and seniors, who might be a good fit for you, please contact CBHR. You can tell them Tank referred you.
