About Me
*Buddy and Beau have been adopted!*
My name is Buddy, and I came to CBHR with my friend Beau. We are quite a pair of basset boys. I’m outgoing and love walking up to new people.
Beau is more skittish but always follows my lead when I greet someone! Truth be told, I like people more than most other dogs, except Beau. I’m not aggressive, just not all that interested in playing. Beau loves to play!
We are a little over 6 ½ years old, and we like to go on walks together. I love to follow my people around, and I like to chill out near them when Beau plays with other dogs. I only bark if he does first.
My appetite isn’t big, and I’m kinda picky, so Foster Mom feeds Beau separately – otherwise he might help himself to my food, and I’m happy to let him. Beau thinks he’s the alpha hound, but he’snot mean to me. I’m just happy to let him be in charge. I’m more laid back.
Neither of us likes riding in the car, but we are OK once we get used to it. And we are both very excited, because of foster mom is going to adopt us!
