About Me

*Biscuit went to the Rainbow Bridge on November 20, 2025.*

Biscuit came to CBHR with his pal Honey B. The pair had been living in a climatized dog house but their person passed away. Once he arrived, Biscuit made himself right at home. His foster mom called him the “sweetest little man,” even if he wasn’t a fan of going to the vet.

He spent his days getting lots of loves, but it became clear that he had serious medical problems. It turned out that he and Honey B got along but were not really bonded, so she went to a separate foster home and both dogs prepared to have their medical issues addressed.

Sadly, Biscuit was a lot sicker than even originally thought, and he had a large mass on his spleen. Even the most aggressive surgical procedure and chemo would only buy him a few more months, which he would mostly spend recovering, so the decision was made to let him go to the Rainbow Bridge.

A CBHR team member who also works at the veterinary office treating him sat with him so he would not be alone. He died peacefully and surrounded by love.
