About Me
Greetings, basset lovers! My name is Lilly and I’m a sweet 11-year-old girl. I’m a smart girl and know lots of tricks – I can sit on command, settle into a “down” stay and speak. My first foster mom called me a “tub of love.”
I adore people and work to get their attention. I love to go for walks and run around the backyard. I might be best suited as the only dog, because I never really warmed up to the other dog at my first foster home. In fact, my new foster mom has described me as “a delightful only dog.”
I have been medically cleared for adoption and got some dental work that has helped me feel in tip-top shape. You see, CBHR and its wonderful donors make sure we houndies get the care we need before being released for adoption.
I even went to the Charleston Holiday Parade, although I was a bit anxious especially around the other bassets in the CBHR parade pack. That said, I am good in a crowd of people – so much attention, so little time. I have a lot of energy for an 11-year-old girl and a lot of love to give.
