About Me
*Bruno has been adopted!*
Hello, world! My name’s Bruno, and I’m a handsome basset hound mix who was found as a stray. I am sure happy to be here with CBHR volunteers who are dedicated to helping me find my new forever home!
I’m a young, energetic dog about 9 months old, and my foster dad thinks I will make a great dog for the right family. Everyone who meets me thinks I’m a good boy. I’m good with other dogs, but don’t have much experience with cats.
I’m a big eater because I’m a growing boy, and they feed me in a slow feeder so I don’t scarf everything all at once. I am fed in my crate to help me learn that I can take my time getting nourishment. I’m not crated other than that, because so far I have proven to be a well-behaved guy when left alone.
I’m happy inside or outside, and I love the doggie door they have here at my foster home. I’m reliably housetrained and get along with people of all ages, although I have limited exposure to the youngest children. I’m not bad about riding in the car, but I am still a little apprehensive getting into the car because I’m not yet sure where they might be taking me. But once I’m on board, I do very well.
I’m good in crowds and walk like a little gentleman on my leash.
If you are looking for a fun-loving young basset mix, contact CBHR and let them know you’d like to learn more about Bruno. I’ll be waiting!!
