About Me
Hi, everyone! My name is Bentley, although I used to go by my alias, Linus. I’m a young guy, not even 2 years old yet. My foster mom describes me as a great dog, and boy, do I love to cuddle!
My foster people even dressed me up for the local Christmas parade, and I didn’t mind my sweater and deely-boppers I was wearing one bit (check out my photo gallery above if you don’t believe me)! I did go through a chewing phase – I’m really still a puppy at heart – and I need a little guidance sometimes, but I’m really doing very well.
I like my crate and sleep in it, and I’m a real gentleman about not trying to get on the furniture. Although there are no other animals in my current home, my first foster mom said I got along great with both.
I really love being petted and am a friendly guy when I meet people on my walks. I do have a sensitive stomach and am on a type of dog food that keeps me from getting too, um, gassy.
I still have a little time before being ready for adoption, but take a look at my pictures and also please look around at some of my basset friends, because we are all just waiting for our forever families. We all have so much love to give!
