About Me
*After a rough life, Smalls found CBHR and a loving foster family. He developed terminal cancer and was designated a Forever Foster. Smalls went to the Rainbow Bridge on September 3, 2023, but lived out his days remaining getting the love and medical care he needs.*

They call me Smalls, and my foster mom says I am the sweetest boy. As my name implies, I’m only about 34 pounds, but I bring three times my weight in affection.
After I came to CBHR, I was pretty scruffy looking and some of my hair had fallen out. I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and am being treated for that, but I don’t let it interfere with my daily activities. I’m an older guy, so I’m not very playful, but I am also well-behaved and calm – no troublemaker here.
I do love my food and gobble it right down. Foster Mom says I’m good in a crate and don’t have a bit of separation anxiety – I’m just one chill dude.
The hair I lost hasn’t fully grown back, but I’m still a pretty good-looking guy. And just look at that handsome, loving face!
Maybe I’m not perfect, and I do have health problems that need to be controlled, but if you have room in your heart for a calm, sweet older gentleman, contact CBHR and ask for Smalls!
