About Me
Hiya! I’m Brutus, and I came to CBHR with my sister and best friend, Lady. We have been outdoor dogs most of our lives, but we are happily adapting to the indoors. I’m a sweet boy of 6 years with a lot of energy.
Lady and I are bonded, and I love playing with her. As you can see, we look a lot alike – except she is missing an eye (it doesn’t slow her down). I am good in the car, with adults and with other dogs. I also do well in my crate. I haven’t had much experience with crowds or children.
Our preference is for a cat-free home. I walk on the leash, but I like to pull a little – there is so much to see and sniff out there!
We are still trying to make sure I have the housetraining thing down, but I’m a smart guy and I’m sure I’ll catch on. We have access to a doggie door, and so far, so good. I’ll let you read more about Lady in her own post, but she and I are two wonderful hounds with beatiful howls. Ask CBHR for more information!
