Lucy Lu became an angel this morning. Fly high, sweet girl
Hi everybody, it’s me, Lucy Lu. My foster mom and dad wanted me to tell you all about the amazing progress I am making, so are you ready?
I am losing weight finally. I am starting to get my girlish figure back! My dad says he can see a waistline slowly appearing. I’m so excited to hear that. With that waistline comes great mobility for me. I’m getting out everyday and exploring the yard with my foster brothers and sisters. They really like me because I’m so sweet and laid back. I never have a bad bark come out of my mouth. I just lumber along and help sniff out whatever they are chasing.
I can still stand to lose another 10 pounds. but we are working on it and I will succeed. In the meantime I do a little dance when dinner time comes and I am always the first one to remind dad when it’s treat time. I have no other health issues. I had an ear infection but my mom and dad helped me get over that and I happily let them clean my ears now once a week. I’m good on going down stairs but I need to use our ramp to get up them so I need a home with either a ramp or no stairs for me. I would love to find a retired couple that would like a happy old gal that doesn’t ask for much. Just some pets and a kiss on the nose or two. I’m no trouble and walk great on a leash but do need a ramp or help getting in when going for rides which I love. If I sound like the laid back old gal for you, let’s have a date and meet.
Medical issues: Lucy Lu has chronic allergies and is on a low dose Prednisone daily. Average monthly cost around $10.
