Charleston Holiday Parade
We will once again be walking our bassets in the Charleston Holiday Parade. This is the 20th year that we have had an entry in the parade! The parade is December 4th at 2pm. Of course we will have to be in line earlier than that. We will meet again this year near the SC aquarium parking garage to take everyone to the beginning of the parade route. Charleston Holiday Parade
Once again the CBHR Bassets will be marching in the Charleston SC Christmas parade. This is out 21st year marching in the parade! This is a fun event and the Bassets are always very popular. Those who are planning to march should park in the SC Aquarium Garage (24 Calhoun Street) and meet in the open lot across from the aquarium between 1:00 and 1:30. Whiskeys for Whiskers
Local craft distilleries will come together to offer samples of their delightful distilled liquors while guests snack on hors d’oeuvres, listen to music, and bid on silent auction items. We’ll be raising funds for Carolina Basset Hound Rescue, Carolina Poodle Rescue, k9.5 Rescue, Lucky Pup Rescue, and Paved Paws Animal League.
