I have a firm belief that a unique girl needs a unique name. That is precisely how I came by the name LayLay, because I am one unique basset! Let’s face it, how many 1 year olds do you know who can be described as “quiet and calm?”
That’s just for starters. I love my crate and will go there if asked. I obey most commands, and am working on some of the others. I am an eager learner and am better at being housebroken, and keeping my teeth off of flip-flops. My foster mom says I have the softest coat she has ever seen on a hound. I am very friendly and sweet (her words, but who am I to argue?). I love my basset roommate, Axel, and have a calming effect on him. We play almost all the day, and especially like tug o’ war. We don’t fight over anything, even food, but enjoy “play fighting” with each other. If a cat happens by I will bark, but that’s just to say hello. Funny how they don’t like tug o’ war…
So, if you are looking for a special girl, who has a lot of energy, I might be just the one. I’ll bring the fun and love if you will supply the forever home!!
