Dr. Sany Fuss
I’m finally home – I’ve been adopted – Thanks CBHR! 01/13/14
I’m Dr. Sany Fuss (it rhymes with Dr. Seuss) and means “foot” in German. My foster mom says that with feet the size of mine I definitely should have a doctorate in “footology”! And for those of you that like popcorn paws, yup, got those too! I am not sure if I like the nicknames foster mom calls me. These include Fussball and Chubba Wubba. I am just a bigger boned basset, not fat at all! I guess as long as I am getting loved on and great food I don’t care what I am called! I may have a few grey hairs, but my friends at CBHR aren’t convinced I am a true senior. They estimate I am only about eight to nine years old as I still love to hike for a few miles, jump around like a Mexican bean for my meals and will gallop through the house after my foster brothers.
Not only do I have dashing good looks, but I also have perfect house manners. I am fully housebroken and came to CBHR that way. I don’t know a stranger, neither dog nor human. I also am very affectionate and have the “basset nudge” perfected; I do know when enough is enough though and will go lay on my bed or in my favorite chair as long as I have gotten some scratching.
Ok, this is a little embarrassing, but I have to admit, I love to spoon. Yup, that’s right, I love being the little spoon and will sleep that way the whole night. Wouldn’t you love to cuddle up with me? 10/14/13
