I found my forever home! July 2019
Every once in a while, the word “perfect” applies. At least that’s what my foster mom says about me… I am perfect in most every way. At the risk of being a bit of a self-promoter let’s start with my pictures. Aren’t I just about the best-looking basset hound you have ever seen?
Now, let’s talk about my behaviors. I am a young, well-mannered, and energetic boy. I am very even tempered and confidant without being aggressive or overbearing. I get along with everyone and everything. That includes the other dogs in my foster home, even a grouchy indoor cat. I am fully house trained and am perfectly content to be in a crate if the occasion should arise. My foster mom says I am a very quick learner and have already learned the couch is a great place to be. I have also learned to lay on my back and shadow box with my paws to get belly rubs. On my own, I have discovered a tennis ball is a great toy. Did you know you can chew it, throw it in the air, and then chase it all by yourself?
There is not much more to say except I am just a joy to be around and look forward to being in my forever home soon!
