Do you usually associate speed and bassets together? Well, some people do because why else would someone name me “Bullet?” How about my foster roommate “Flash?” Together we are one dynamic duo. But since I have limited space on the CBHR website let’s focus on me.
I am a young and energetic hound and have spent most of formative years as an outside guy. Not that there’s anything wrong with that; it’s just that I am getting used to being inside. I am new to the CBHR and my previous owners had to give me up when they relocated with the recent floods. All my good inside manners are coming along nicely… house breaking, walking on a leash, and listening to commands. I am very affectionate and love other dogs. I share my meals without any problems and will often go to my crate just to eat and rest. My foster mom has a doggie door and I like that freedom. I am in good health and will be ready for prime time after some vet visits and routine tests.
While we wait for everything to clear would be an excellent time to get in touch with the CBHR to find out more about me and get on my adoption list. I will be ready and anxious to be in my forever home. I am just quick that way
