About Me
I’m Annie and I’m bonded with my BFF Oakley. We are a couple of 4-year-old girls that would sure love to meet our forever family.
We are very loving with our foster family and like to chill out. Foster Mom doesn’t crate us – she even left us alone for a couple of hours recently and we were as good as gold. We also did very well while getting pampered at the groomers and are generally well behaved. We are working on this house training thing and most days have no accidents or only one – sometimes when we are outside we get distracted and forget why we were out there!
I’m not as sociable as my girl Oakley, but after settling into my foster home for a while, I am coming out of my shell. Both of us are timid around other dogs, and when we see one while on walks, we bark and want to turn around. But Foster Mom thinks it’s partly because it’s all new for us. We are improving our leash manners when walking. I tend to bark a lot – my fosters are exploring ways to help both of us feel more relaxed around new people. We cannot be trusted around cats or chickens, so we need a family that doesn’t have either.
